Our first paying customers get Pro and Business at about half the regular price. Your price stays locked in for as long as your subscription stays active.
All features remain open during early access. Subscribing is optional: it supports Sunrise and locks in your recurring early-bird price. You are billed when you subscribe, then monthly or yearly until you cancel. We will give notice before enforcing plan limits.
Paying once a year saves on payment processing, so we pass the savings on to you.
Business is billed per organization member, with prorated changes as members join or leave. Project guests are free. After early access, Free organizations will have a 5-member limit; that limit is not enforced yet.
Yes. Every Business seat includes Pro features across that employee’s linked work and personal accounts, at no extra cost. Personal tasks stay private; company admins do not gain access to them. If you leave the organization or its Business subscription ends, your personal workspace returns to Free unless you have your own Pro subscription. Your data stays intact.
Your tasks and projects stay yours. Nothing is deleted when you change plans.
No. Personal Gmail accounts work too. Workspace organizations get team-based organization automatically.
