Sunrise uses Google sign-in only. Go to app.getsunrise.today and click Sign in or Continue with Google. There is no separate username or password.

No. Personal Gmail accounts work. If you sign in with a Google Workspace email, Sunrise automatically provisions an organization workspace for your domain.

Sunrise requests access to your Google profile (name, email), Google Tasks (to sync your Sunrise list), and Google Calendar (to show events on planning views). We only use this data to provide the service.

Sunrise creates and maintains a list called "Sunrise" in Google Tasks. Changes in Sunrise sync to Google Tasks and vice versa. See our docs for details.

Yes. Sunrise is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Use your browser's Install app or Add to Home Screen option on app.getsunrise.today.

Yes. All features are open during early access. Optional Pro and Business subscriptions support Sunrise and lock in early-bird pricing, starting at $1.99 a month billed yearly. Billing starts only when you choose to subscribe. We will give notice before enforcing plan limits.

Yes. A Business seat includes Pro across your linked work and personal accounts at no extra cost. Link both Google accounts in Sunrise to use the benefits together. Company admins cannot see your personal tasks. Coverage ends if you leave the organization or its Business subscription ends; your own Pro subscription, if any, continues separately.

From the app, send an invite link to teammates. They sign in with Google to join your workspace.
